CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years.
Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.
With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team.
Currently, we are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Communications Manager.
PROFILE.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project development, marketing, and investor relations, to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across various channels.
Additionally, you will collaborate with external stakeholders, such as media outlets and industry associations, to position the company as a leader in renewable energy development.
The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry.
You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies, as well as strong writing and presentation skills.
A passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a must, as you will be responsible for conveying the company's commitment to a greener future.
REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the renewable energy industry Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communication strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts Proficiency in social media content creation and management Experience working with external stakeholders, such as media outlets and industry associations Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English.
(Knowledge of Portuguese, French, Spanish is also valued) RESPONSIBILITIES.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to attract and retain investors Oversee and maintain the company's brand image and messaging across various communication platforms.
Prepare and continuously update presentations, briefing documents, and reports Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage storytelling opportunities that showcase the company's achievements and impact.
Monitor and respond to relevant industry news and trends to identify communication opportunities and potential risks.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives to drive ongoing improvement.
