repare all meats, vegetables and seafoodDisplay a working knowledge to emulsify cold or hot sauces/dressingsMust be able to read, write, understand and adjust recipes according to business levelsRead, write and communicate to decipher tickets, order requisitions, Banquet Event Orders and Preparation Lists.
