CONTROLLER

For our location in Trofa we are currently looking for a Controller (m/f/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Daily processing of the RFI (Request for investment) from each Preh legal entity.
Monthly CAPEX reporting and analysis for Preh management as well as for Shareholder.
Monthly depreciation reporting and analysis in coordination with accounting team.
Participation for yearly budget and forecast of Preh global CAPEX.
Process owner of the Investment Work-Flow.
maintain and improve the process description; coordination with IT for process technical setup; contact person for the process audit.
Optimization of the existing RFI work-flow through automation and digitalization.
Creation the investment reports in SAP BI (Business Intelligence) .
Close coordination with Accounting team, IT SAP & Work-flow expert, legal entitiy Controller.
Support headquarter Controlling team in various reporting and analysis.
Prompt preparation for ad-hoc analysis tasks from management.
YOUR PROFILE Technical training in the financial area.
Experience in CAPEX Controlling or cost controlling at least 1 year.
Advanced skills in Excel, especially in processing database.
Knowledge of SAP R3 or S4 HANA in Controlling (SAP-CO) and Business Intelligence (BI).
SAP Investment Management (SAP-IM) experience would be a plus.
