A sua nova função Este profissional ficará responsável pela organização e coordenação das atividades na construção de parques eólicos, gestão de equipas técnicas, controlo de KPI´s, participação e liderança de atividades de manutenção mais complexas para solução de problemas e diagnóstico de falhas no terreno.
Em adição, será responsável por garantir e controlar a correta implementação de boas práticas e questões legais, de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente, atender e apoiar emergências nas instalações e participar no comissionamento.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Licenciatura em Engenharia, a par com no 2/3 anos de experiência em funções similares nomeadamente em projetos de construção.
A experiência prévia no setor energético no segmento de projetos eólicos será preferencial, assim como o domínio avançado de inglês e conhecimentos intermédios em espanhol.
Serão valorizadas competências interpessoais como a autonomia, empatia, espírito de equipa, capacidade de antecipação e resolução de problemas.
