Key Areas of Focus.
- Vehicle Tracking.
Implementing effective tracking systems and protocols to monitor fleet movement.
- Driver Management.
Overseeing driver operations and ensuring optimal performance.
I am particularly looking to enhance the following aspects of driver management.
- Performance Tracking.
Establishing metrics and benchmarks to assess driver performance.
- Scheduling and Shifts.
Streamlining driver schedules for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Training and Compliance.
Coordinating training programs to ensure drivers meet industry standards and compliance regulations.
Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in fleet management, particularly in vehicle tracking and driver management.
Expertise in performance tracking and scheduling driver is highly desired.
Skills in logistics coordination will be considered an asset.
