COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY STUDY

I'm looking for an experienced energy consultant to conduct an analytical review of a comprehensive energy study targeting Northern Vancouver Island and the province of British Columbia in Canada.
There are three components of the project.
1.
Conducting an energy audit to assess the current status of the utility 2.
Project future supply and demand to forecast potential limitations/trends in energy prices 3.
Assessing the readiness of energy generation to meet future demands.
Ideal Skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in energy/electricity analysis.
- strong data visualization/graphing skills.
- Strong statistics and data analysis skills.
- Strong skills in collecting data from open source materials.
The first draft of the report has been completed but review and refinement is needed to ensure the data is accurate and actionable.
Your job will be.
1.
To go over the existing draft of the report and re-collect and re-analyze data for each section, 2.
To highlight portions of the report that either are supported of contradicted by the updated analysis, 3.
To display data and update report to incorporate refined data.
