Update an existing online course using a course authoring tool (preferably Springsuite, but open to others) Audit of the course to identify areas of improvement Develop a plan of action Execute on the plan Liase with Subject Matter Experts where needed, and with CEO/Operations Manager when needed Develop New course, the outline of which has already been created Understand the learning outcomes, and design an elearning experience accordingly Liase with subject matter experts Liase with CEO/Operations manager when needed Qualifications.
2 to 5 Years experience with eLearning development and instructional design Relevant experience within a healthcare context (dental-specific is an asset, but not required) Comfortable with technology and quick to pick up on using new tools Experienced in Springsuite as a priority, but open to other course authoring tools Enthusiastic and creative.
Not afraid to put forth suggestions, but works well within defined scope Very quick to act, thorough, and professional in output eLearning Designer Instructional Design Articulate Storyline eLearning ID do Projeto.
