COMPLIANCE GUARDIAN

We’re looking for a bright Compliance Guardian to join our team As a Compliance Guardian at Critical Techworks, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, supporting contract management, litigation and corporate support overall.
This encompasses managing all associated tasks to support our goals and guarantee the seamless operation of diverse departments, with a specific focus on.
Contract preparation and Review.
Guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and safeguarding the company’s best interest while interacting internally with other areas of the company and directly with suppliers, when needed.
Prepare and Review Data process Agreements.
Drafting and evaluating contracts that define the terms for handling, processing, and protecting data.
This involves specifying the scope, responsibilities, security measures, compliance with regulations, and procedures for data duration and termination.
Reviewing these agreements ensures they meet legal standards, address risks, are clear and comprehensive, and are updated for changes in regulations or business practices.
Provide support with company’s corporate matters.
Assisting with various business functions such as governance, compliance, legal issues and maintaining corporate records.
This support ensures that the company operates smoothly, adheres to legal requirements, and effectively manages corporate activities and changes.
Legal and Litigation Support.
Assisting with a range of legal tasks, such as document preparation, research, case management, and compliance.
This support ensures that legal matters, including disputes and court cases, are managed efficiently and effectively, protecting the company's legal interests.
With your particular skill set, you’ll be able to.
Draft and review contracts.
Keen attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and compliance with the capability to protect the company's interests in contractual dealings.
Understand  data protection regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in drafting and evaluating data process agreements and fulfilling the recording of data processing activities with the important skillset of identifying and addressing risks related to data handling.
Maintain and manage corporate records efficiently, with strong legal research and case management skills.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple legal tasks simultaneously is key.
Build and maintain a strong network and collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
Devise strategies for risk management and prepare mitigation plans for unfavorable events, if needed, supporting the different areas.
Handle confidential information with h igh ethical standards and integrity.
Maintain compliance with company standards and processes.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have.
A degree in law or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in similar functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong a nalytical skills to compile, analyze, and present data effectively.
Attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
