COMPLETE UI/UX MODERNIZATION OF FLUTTER APP

I'm seeking a seasoned UI/UX expert who can completely revamp the look and feel of my existing Flutter application.
This redesign will encompass all areas of the app with a special focus on the Home screen, User Profile, and Settings menu.
It will also involve adjusting the layout to allow for more advertising space, as well as reviewing and improving any user interface elements as necessary.
Key Areas of Focus.
- Modernizing the visual design to be vibrant and colorful - Enhancing user engagement through improved navigation - Highlighting featured content on the Home screen The complete rebranding of the app will be necessary.

- UI/UX design for mobile applications (especially Flutter) - Creating vibrant and colorful design schemes - Improving navigation and usability to increase user engagement - Setting and executing a comprehensive branding strategy.
