We’re on a mission to grow from zero to millions of engaged members, and we need a Community Manager rock star to help us achieve this ambitious goal! Role Overview.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager who possesses a flexible schedule and a proactive communication style.
The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills to support our creative initiatives and a proven track record in copywriting.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and execute advanced content planning and strategy to engage and grow our community.
Manage all company social media accounts, creating content calendars that align with our brand voice and objectives.
Foster engagement within the community and build relationships with influencers to amplify our reach.
Conduct research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities, implementing innovative strategies to achieve KPIs.
Translate content into other languages to reach diverse audiences.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the content team to align efforts and share insights.
Qualifications.
Must excel in advanced copywriting and graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful content strategies, case studies, and proof of social media growth.
Excellent references and testimonials demonstrating your ability to drive engagement and community growth.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
Spanish will also be specially considered.
