Mission.
We are looking for a freelance French-speaking Community Manager Assistant with solid experience in the DIY field to manage our social networks and newsletters, with a particular focus on promoting our competition.
You will be responsible for developing our online presence, engaging our community, and increasing our visibility around our products and events.
Your responsibilities.
• Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Create and schedule engaging, informative, and inspiring posts around our DIY products and tips.
• Promote our competition with regular reminders, countdown posts, prize highlights, and winner announcements.
• Interact with our community, respond to messages/comments and create a close bond.
• Newsletter management.
• Write and send newsletters to inform our subscribers of news, special offers and competition reminders.
• Highlight DIY and outdoor design tips to add value to our customers.
• Content creation.
• Collaborate with the team to design attractive visuals and texts adapted to our target audience.
• Follow the editorial calendar and adapt messages according to the competition draw periods.
• Produce monthly reports on the results and feedback from the community.
Desired profile.
• French-speaking • Proven experience as a Community Manager, ideally in the DIY or outdoor design sector.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and emailing platforms, such as CartsGuru.
• Ability to write engaging content adapted to our target audience.
• Organizational skills and autonomy while respecting the editorial calendar.
• Creativity, communication skills and a desire to grow a community around DIY and outdoor design.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design techniques (Canva or other) is a plus.
Terms.
• Contract type.
Freelance / Remote mission • Duration.
To be defined, normally 1 year, (depending on needs and the competition period) • Availability.
2 to 5 hours per week (adjustable according to the activity and the competition draw periods) • Remuneration.
