Your future duties and responsibilities.
You'll help people and be a positive influence.
You'll bring a human touch to the relationship between customers and the company.
You will guide members in their daily activities.
On a typical day, you will perform the following tasks.
-Coordinate the various professional activities related to the implementation and dissemination of communication and documentation.
-Supervise and evaluate staff under your responsibility -Organize and participate in the reception, training and development of resources -Conduct studies and analyses to ensure effective use of our communications and tools.
-Establish and maintain work processes to optimize the sector.
-Disseminate information and facilitate meetings with team members; -Manage and evaluate the quality of services rendered -Promote teamwork and resource development -Represent the sector at various meetings -Participate in various operational meetings and get involved in various corporate projects -Establish and maintain work processes to optimize the sector -Ensure high quality service to our customers and members.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- University degree in communications, management, administration or any other combination of relevant education and experience or equivalent -A minimum of two years experience in team supervision -A minimum of five years' experience in communications -Experience in payroll (an asset) -Experience in customer service (essential) -Strong aptitude for teamwork -Ability to cope with stress while maintaining a positive attitude -Strong organizational and planning skills -Good management of priorities and time -Teamwork and communication skills -Flexibility and adaptability to change -Demonstrate initiative -Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools -Excellent command of French and English, both verbal and written (essential).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
