Job Description We are looking for a rare combination of project management, social media, creative and campaigning skills.
Reporting to Euroconsumers’ Head of Advocacy and Enforcement in the Public Affairs & Media relations department, and in close collaboration with the communication officer, you will manage campaigns and collaboration projects; and offer practical, creative and analytical support to Euroconsumers’ public affairs and media activities.
Responsibilities 1.
Social media and communication support Plan, analyse and boost social media outreach; Data and impact analysis of public affairs and (social) media activities; Create visuals and videos for social media, website, reports and other communication outlets in line with Euroconsumers’ strategic branding; Manage Monthly newsletter; Support on Euroconsumers’ Monthly Start Talking webinar; Secure alignment with internal communication; Guarantee good alignments and synergies with social media and communication colleagues in Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Project Management and campaigning Develop campaigns to reinforce Euroconsumers policy and enforcement activities; Manage collaboration projects with external stakeholders; Manage public affairs activity/communication calendar and secure long-term tracks and synergies; Support organisation Euroconsumers’ events; Develop and manage tools in support of Public Affairs activities; Guarantee good alignments and synergies with social media and communication colleagues in Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Qualifications You have a degree in Communications, Marketing (or similar by experience); You have a first relevant experience (2-5 years) in communication and project management; A background in (European/international) policy is an absolute plus; You have a background or relevant experience in creating visuals, videos, graphic design, with strong proficiency in Adobe programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and Illustrator; You have excellent digital skills.
You are creative, innovative and a real team player; Social media have no secrets for you; Excellent oral and written communications skills.
You find it easy to collaborate with others; You are native or fluent in English and in portuguese; You are pretty good at analysing and summarising complex information; You are a highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous person; You are business-oriented and solution-minded.
