I'm currently utilizing CloudOneX for my Customer Database/Billing System (CRM) operations and I need an expert to help with some customization and bug fixing.
We are seeking a skilled developer to customize and fix bugs in our CloudOneX platform.
The ideal candidate should have experience in web development and be familiar with the CloudOneX system.
Unfortunately we tried to communicate with the original developers on more than 1 case but support is none-existent, so we're looking for long-term developer relationship.
Additional Information.
- If you have experience with CloudOneX or similar cloud-based platforms, it would be highly advantageous.
- We are open to suggestions for additional features or functionalities that could enhance the platform, and we are willing to discuss these further.

1) I currently have a problem with automatic recurring invoices, they're all generated with the same invoice number for all customers on that same day, it needs to be fixed so no two invoices have same invoice number.
2) Normally the system will automatically generate recurring invoices and send them to the customer via email and attach the invoice as a pdf, which always worked like this.
however on Jan 1st batch of emails were sent with no attachments, I had to resend the invoices again to have them include the attachments.
3) Settings > Custom Contact Fields > Add Custom Field.
I want the choice to have the newly created custom field to be visible in admin panel and customer panel, or only admin panel.
because currently it shows on both admin and customer panels.
4) Customers > List Customers > Click any customer's names, click Activity tab.
currently when you leave a note, it will have a date stamp, I also need a time stamp when the note was created.
5) On the Dashboard, I'd like to have 4 search fields (Search ID Code, Search Customer Details, Search Activity, Search Invoices), a break down explanation is here.
--a) Search ID Code = if you go to any customer account, click Edit, you will see a field named "Code", this is the account ID.
I want the search to only search content written in that specific field.
--b) Search Customer Details = if you go to any customer account, it will search any/all information on their account including all custom fields and notes.
--c) Search Activity = if you go to any customer account, then go to Activity tab, it will search for text in these notes.
--d) Search Invoices = basically searching for by invoice number, regardless if invoice is paid, unpaid, or quotes, drafts etc...
6) Sales > Invoices, move the "Filter" tab to the last position, and make the first default one is "Unpaid" tab, so every time I click the Invoices page, it will take me directly to the "Unpaid" invoices by default.
7) Customers > List Customers > Click any customer's names, click Invoices tab.
I want the ability to export a list of invoices, and the ability to filter by "Date" and by "Status" (like paid or unpaid).
The export option should have 3 choices, export to pdf, export to csv, or export and send by email.
when choosing to send by email, the customer's email address should be the default recipient with an option to change it or add cc/bcc.
I will write the email template.
8) Customers > List Customers > Click any customer's names, click Transactions tab, you will see the payments made on that account, I would like to add 2 more columns to show the "Method" it was paid by, and the "Ref#".
you can find those fields if you choose any of the existing payments made and click "Manage".
you will see the fields "Method" and "Ref#".
after that's done, I want to add an option to export it with a custom date (From Date - To Date), export to pdf, csv or email.
9) Customers > List Customers > Click any customer's names, click Email tab, I want an option to attach 1 or more invoices or quotes when creating an email.
10) Sales > Invoices page and Quotes page, and all their sub-pages (tab pages).
I need to add 3 more icons to the existing icons showing there.
"Resend Invoice" (or resend quote), "Send Reminder", "Download PDF".
resend invoice or resend quote, it will just send the normal "Invoice Created" email to the customer.
and for send reminder option, it will send a payment reminder to the customer's email.
11) when creating or editing a customer, I have to create an email address in their name otherwise i can't create the account.
I would like to have the ability to create accounts without email addresses.
if this may break the system or cause unforeseen issues, then I would like to have a checkmark box "No Email", which will automatically generate a dummy fake non-existing email and save it in the db, but not show it in the customer's account.
and once we do receive a real email from the customer, then we can simply uncheck the checkmark "No Email", and input a real email.
12) when sending invoices to customers by email, by default it chooses the email listed on the account, and I currently have the option to change the email while i'm sending the invoice, but on next invoice, it defaults back to the email that's on the account.
I want it to automatically default to the last email used until changed again.
13) Sales > "New Invoice", or "Create New Quote", they both have a "Save" button, but I also need another button "Save and Email", so to make it quicker to send to customers.
currently I have to click Save button, then go back to the list of invoices, find the invoice i just created, open it, then click on "Send Email > Invoice Created" option.
14) When paying any invoice (even if it's partially paid), I need to have the option to "Save and Email" the invoice to the customer.
15) currently there is no option to pay multiple unpaid invoices at once, I would have to charge each invoice separately.
I need an option for admins and customers to be able to pay for multiple invoices in 1 payment, and have all invoices emailed to the customer at once.
16) to process credit cards, I'm currently using Elavon Converge as my payment processor.
and I had a developer create the integration using the Elavon Developer API info located here [login to view URL] but I'm missing 1 feature which I need added.
the ability for admins or customer to save credit card information securely using Tokenization, so the credit card details WILL NOT be saved in my database, and it will be saved securely in Elavon's Converge database, and only an encrypted token will be saved in my database.
the purpose of saving the credit card on-file, is for 2 things, 1st is to automatically charge the credit cards on a recurring invoice if we assign it to be automatically charged.
2nd reason is to have it saved on file, so when we create a manual invoice, we have the option to charge the current credit card on-file without having to enter the credit card information again each time manually.
17) when creating a new Quote, I need to be able to list the items in the quote, and have the ability to choose each item if it's "OneTime", "Monthly", or "Yearly".
and at the bottom of the Quote, it will automatically calculate the 3 totals separately, by showing "Total OneTime", "Total Monthly", and "Total Yearly".
18) I want a custom field in the customer's account, where I can choose a date in the future, when that date is reached, it will send an email reminder to the admin and to the customer from a template email I would write.
19) Customers > List Customers, this page has a search field on the top, but when having few hundred accounts, it takes long time for the search box to be visible until it loads the full list of accounts.
I also have another page which isn't found in the CloudOneX's website, it was custom created by another freelancer, it views the list of "Activity" (notes section), it takes forever for that page to load and show the search field, I need both of these search fields to be visible quickly, not sure what can be done about it, maybe you can provide options/suggestions and we will figure out whatever the best solution for this issue.
20) currently this CloudOneX database is hosted on Amazon Lightsail using Nginx on Debian 11 (bullseye).
but I need to move it from the Amazon server to my own hosted server.
I understand some points are very simple to accomplish and shouldn't take great amount of time to develop from a skilled developer.
and some points take longer time specially with some further testing.
After each task is complete, you need to do multiple tests to make sure it's fully functional, then let me know about it so I can further test on my end, then we'll move on to the next task.
Then once all tasks are completed, we will test all of them to make sure they're all functional and hopefully didn't break something else that was originally working.
Please be easy on your fees, as this is going to be long term relationship, I will need you for further updates in the future again.
If there are any points you're unable to complete, I would like to know about it before project is awarded ***not after it's awarded***, because most of the points are critical, but I may be somewhat flexible if certain things are unachievable or unreasonable or you have no experience developing them.
but once project is awarded, then you find a task you're unable to handle, you'll need to find someone else who can complete it, as I may not be able to simply ignore it or even deduct an amount for the uncompleted tasks, depending on how critical they are.
