What will you achieve? As a Cloud Operations Technician, you will play an important role in managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring that applications and services run efficiently, securely and cost-effectively.
As a Cloud Operations Technician, you will.
* Monitoring alerts management, according to procedures and defined processes - supervising and implementing all day-to-day operations required for the smooth running of (COMPANY NAME)'s cloud platforms; * Incident Management - detection through monitoring tools, troubleshooting, resolution or to other Teams escalation; * Contribution to Continuous Service Improvement - existing documentation updates and/or creation of new documentation
