Cloud Engineer (Azure) Location.
Portugal (hybrid/remote) What You’ll Do.
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructures in Microsoft Azure, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.
You will collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams, applying best practices and cutting-edge technologies to transform digital environments.
What We’re Looking For.
• 3+ years of experience; • Experience with Microsoft Azure and its several key services (Azure Monitor, Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Security Center, Azure DevOps, etc); • Experience in scripting languages; • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation; • Understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices; • Experience with automation and CI/CD using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD; • Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS); • Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools, such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and/or New Relic; • Knowledge of networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, Security Groups), virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox), and cloud security (IAM, access policies, data encryption, compliance); • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).
