What you will be doing.
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers * Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently * Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets * Educating your team on business goals and service objectives * Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift What do you bring with you.
* Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable * Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail * Be energetic and enthusiastic * Have a strong customer focus * Have good communication skills What do we offer.
