The primary goal of this project is to enhance water flow management across a residential property.
Your expertise will be pivotal in tackling drainage concerns pertaining to various aspects of the property including the foundation, yard and garden, as well as driveways and walkways.
Key Responsibilities.
- Design a comprehensive Grading and Drainage Plan focused on improving water flow management.
- Address specific drainage needs for foundation, yard and garden, and driveway and walkway.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience as a civil engineer, particularly in grading and drainage.
- Strong understanding of water flow management techniques.
- Previous experience working on residential properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to prevent water accumulation and potential soil erosion.
PS; I will share basic document and design files.
