I'm looking for a versatile app that caters to all types of citizen-centric services.
The app should manage a diverse range of services, from utility bill payments to public transportation updates and health and wellness services.
Key Features.
- Service Request Tracking.
Users should be able to track their service requests in real time.
- In-app Payment System.
A secure and user-friendly in-app payment system is essential.
- User Feedback and Rating System.
This feature will allow users to provide feedback and rate services, promoting quality and accountability.

- Proficient in developing multi-service applications - Experienced in integrating secure payment systems - Strong background in implementing feedback and rating systems - Knowledgeable about citizen services and their delivery A mobile app that facilitates doorstep delivery of citizen services, we will need a comprehensive set of features, technical capabilities, and backend infrastructure to ensure seamless service, security, and a user-friendly experience.
Here’s a breakdown of the main requirements.

User Registration and Authentication • Account Creation.
Allow users to create accounts using their mobile number, email, or social media accounts.
• Verification.
Use OTP (One-Time Password) verification or email confirmation to ensure the authenticity of users.
• User Profiles.
Capture essential details, including name, address, contact number, ID proof, and any other information required for verification purposes.
