6 months (ASAP start) Job Description.
We are seeking an experienced Cisco CUCM Engineer to join our team on-site in Toulouse, France for a 6-month engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating multiple Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters from versions 11.
and 12.
to version 15.
.
This is a critical project that requires advanced expertise in Cisco voice technologies, specifically within the CUCM environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Plan, design, and execute migrations of CUCM clusters from version 11.
and 12.
to version 15.
.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for CUCM-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth migration with minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with best practices for security, reliability, and scalability during the migration process.
Provide detailed documentation of migration procedures and any changes made to the environment.
Participate in post-migration support and optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Voice certification.
Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) clusters, particularly in version upgrades and migrations.
Strong understanding of Cisco voice technologies, including VoIP, SIP, and H.

Hands-on experience in CUCM 11.

, and preferably with the migration process to version 15.

Familiarity with Cisco collaboration tools (e.
., Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM and Presence, Cisco Jabber, RTMT etc.).

Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex voice infrastructure.
Previous experience with similar migrations across multiple CUCM clusters.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads in a dynamic environment.
