September Salary.
€ to € per hour depending on experience and position Hours of Work.
40 per week / as indicated on the weekly roster We are seeking passionate and dedicated culinary professionals to join our team and contribute to an extraordinary dining experience.
Available Positions.
Executive Chef Responsibilities.
Oversee kitchen operations, menu development, staff management, ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements.
Proven experience in a similar role, leadership skills, creativity, strong knowledge of modern culinary trends.
Sous Chef Responsibilities.
Assist the Executive Chef in daily operations, supervise kitchen staff, maintain kitchen standards.
Requirements.
Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, ability to work under pressure, team player.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute menus with colleagues.
- Ensure adequate supplies and order when needed.
- Monitor food expiry dates and storage.
- Follow instructions from superiors.
- Propose new dish presentations and cooking procedures.
- Oversee food preparation and supervise junior chefs.
- Maintain awareness of menu items and production standards.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities.
Create and prepare desserts, pastries, and breads, ensure presentation and quality.
Requirements.
Proven pastry experience, creativity, knowledge of various baking techniques.
Line Cook Responsibilities.
Prepare and cook menu items, maintain high standards of food hygiene, work in various sections of the kitchen.
Requirements.
Experience in a similar role, ability to follow recipes and procedures, good organizational skills.
Prep Cook Responsibilities.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensure cleanliness and organization, support kitchen staff.
Requirements.
Basic kitchen experience, willingness to learn, ability to follow instructions Skills Required A good level of English Previous experience in a large restaurant, hotel, or cruise ship Qualification in culinary arts Culinary talent Communication skills Relevant experience through training Health, safety, and hygiene training Excellent attention to detail Adherence to company policy and ensuring all personnel do the same
