CHEF D PROJET

We are seeking a proactive Chef d Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage IT projects from conception through to delivery; Develop project plans including scope schedule resources and budget and communicate these plans effectively to stakeholders; Coordinate crossfunctional teams facilitating collaboration among technical and nontechnical personnel; Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables; Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and outcomes; Conduct project meetings documenting minutes and action items ensuring accountability and followthrough; Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT sector; Strong understanding of IT systems software development processes and emerging technologies; Proven experience in collaborating with development teams and understanding their workflows; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Proficient in project management tools (e.
.
JIRA) and agile methodologies; Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in French (both written and spoken) being mandatory.
