Job Description We are seeking a proactive Chef d' Projet (French Speaker) to join our BPCE SI department.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage IT projects from conception through to delivery; Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and communicate these plans effectively to stakeholders; Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration among technical and non-technical personnel; Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables; Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes; Conduct project meetings, documenting minutes and action items, ensuring accountability and follow-through; Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the IT sector; Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and emerging technologies; Proven experience in collaborating with development teams and understanding their workflows; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Proficient in project management tools (e.
., JIRA) and agile methodologies; Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French (both written and spoken) being mandatory.
