Chatbot Developer Position.
SSE Experience.
3 – 7 yrs Category.

Full Time Qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
The chatbot is a computer program which conducts a (textual) conversation.
Such programs are often designed to convincingly simulate how a human would behave as a conversational partner.
The chatbots will mimic a conversation on Ethics & Compliance questions and Real Estate Services requests etc....
The solution exists out of the Microsoft Bot framework, Cognitive Services, LUIS, QnA maker, Azure API App, Logic Apps/Azure functions.
The chatbots will be running in the Azure Cloud.
Required Skills.
• Advanced Knowledge on Azure Bot Framework (.
ET).
• Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD Pipeline.
• Language Studio.
• MS Azure Storage Explorer.
• Azure Blob Storage Scope - Azure Secret Rey Renewal.
- Through investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of incidents.
- Monitoring Application Health.
Incident, Change & Problem Management.
- Assigning tickets to L3 team(s).
- Post new release Sanity Test of application.
Patching for Run & Maintenance.
- KB and Support/Technical documentation update.
- Ad hoc connects with OLM/Business/Compliance team/L3 teams.
- Co-ordination with Azure Infra on infra related issue/planned activity, patch upgrade etc.
- Bug Fixing Enhancements.
Version Upgrade.
- Technology Upgrade.
- New Chat Bot development - Coordination for Platform Migration.
- Changes to application security model Skills.
