Chatbot Automation Specialist ### **Compensation**.
$400 USD per month ### **Position Overview** We’re seeking a talented **Chatbot Automation Specialist** to join our team and bring our customer engagement to the next level.
You’ll play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing automated chat flows to enhance customer service and marketing interactions.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of ManyChat, Twilio API, and Wix, who can work independently to implement and maintain communication workflows that resonate with our audience.
### **Responsibilities** - **Chatbot Development**.
Design and implement automated chatbot flows in **ManyChat** to engage, assist, and convert customers across our communication channels.
- **Twilio Integration**.
Utilize **Twilio’s API** to manage SMS, voice, and messaging services for seamless customer interaction.
- **Website Integration**.
Connect and manage **Wix** integrations to ensure a smooth user experience across our website.
- **Flow Optimization**.
Analyze customer interactions and feedback to optimize chat flows and improve response accuracy, engagement, and satisfaction.
- **Troubleshooting**.
Identify and resolve any issues in chat flows, messaging services, or API integrations to maintain a consistent and reliable customer experience.
- **Reporting & Analytics**.
Track, report, and analyze key performance metrics for chatbot and messaging performance; use insights to enhance automation strategies.
- **Collaboration**.
Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align chatbot flows with our brand voice and customer support objectives.
### **Qualifications** - Proven experience with **ManyChat** for chatbot creation and flow optimization.
- Familiarity with **Twilio** API for managing SMS and voice communications.
- Experience with **Wix** for website management and integrations.
- Strong understanding of chatbot flow design principles, customer service automation, and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data to improve workflows, optimize response accuracy, and drive customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
