CFO

Who we are looking for.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and play a key role in the financial planning and growth of our company.
As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, planning investment rounds, and seeking new opportunities to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting.
o Develop and manage detailed financial plans, projections, and budgets; o Monitor and control capital burn rate to ensure financial sustainability; o Provide strategic input on the company's long-term financial planning and resource allocation.
• Investment Rounds & Capital Raising.
o Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of investment rounds, including VC fundraising and equity financing; o Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to define the company's investment needs and identify the best routes for capital raising; o Collaborate with legal and external advisors to structure investment agreements and raise the necessary funds to support the company's growth.
• Government Grants & External Funding Opportunities.
o Identify and apply for relevant government grants, funding opportunities, and support programs to help grow the business; o Research and evaluate potential funding sources such as VC funds, angel investors, and other grant schemes that align with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance.
o Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements,ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within a startup or high-growth company; • Demonstrated success in fundraising for startups, including experience with investment rounds, venture capital (VC), angel investors, and familiarity with government funding opportunities (e.
., grants, subsidies); • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, capital raising, and cash flow management; • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; • CPA, CFA, or similar financial certifications will be beneficial; • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements will be beneficial; • Experience in fundraising from government grants, VC funds, and private equity will be beneficial.
