Aplicar os pagamentos recebidos às contas de clientes e faturas a receber corretas.
Cobrar pagamentos, emitir recibos, faturas e reembolsos, respondendo também às perguntas dos clientes quando necessário.
Principais atividades de trabalho.
Identificação de Clientes/Recebimentos nos extractos bancários de todas as empresas.
Processamento de recibos de clientes, transferências bancárias, cheques, MB e débito direto.
Depósitos de cheques bancários.
Identificação de pagamentos de clientes desconhecidos.
Regularização das contas correntes dos clientes (atribuição de faturas e notas de crédito).
Inserção de ficheiros de faturas multibanco na SIBS / recolha de ficheiros de pagamentos de clientes.
Educação.
Educação necessária.
em 12.º ANO (ensino secundário) ou 12.º ANO (ensino secundário) - LICENCIATURA Required Education.
High School or equivalent.
Experiência (EMEAA).
Experiência em finanças, gestão de crédito e/ou estudos empresariais.
Conhecimento de inglês.
Demonstrar capacidade para gerir o seu tempo, actividades e recursos.
Dar prioridade a várias actividades.
Firmeza e organização para trabalhar no controlo de crédito.
Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e individualmente.
Prestar atenção aos pormenores.
Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e com prazos definidos.
Conhecimentos sólidos de informática, Microsoft Office Word, Outlook e, em particular, Excel e sistemas da empresa em vigor.
