800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia.
Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry.
Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen.
You’ll report to RICHARD ZEMANN, Train Design Metier Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Manage the development of the domain to ensure the adequacy of the capacity vs workload vs skills and the transfer of activities if needed Define Domain fixed costs and workload to secure project QCD commitments and formalizing hypothesis taken Allocate adequate resources to the projects/programs/tenders Suppor the Domain in the resolution of issues and challenging actions in particular those involving other stakeholders Report on Domain activities progress and alerting in case of main issue (capacity, skills, rule applicability, etc.)   All About You  We value passion and attitude over experience.

he minimum salary for this position is € € gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement.
Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
