mplementation of methodologies, tools, and reports to actively manage investment projects;Reconciliation of Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis;Report on actual analysis and understand any potential deviations;Preparation and coordination of the execution of the yearly Capex Budget;Assist internal and external audits;Management of idle assets and physical inventory;Month-end reporting relating to Fixed Assets;Coordination with the departments of the plant (Engineering, Maintenance,\u).
ollate supporting documents regarding Portuguese Grants (such as Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Bank Statements, and Invoices of spending) which are used to apply for the grant regarding specific projects;Being the main point of contact of the company with the consultancy firm assisting with the application of the grants.
our Background.
achelor\us degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a closely related field.
nowledge of SAP especially in Finance and Fixed Asset Accounting modules and MS- OfficeExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Very good communication skills and outstanding verbal and written skills in English.
