We are looking for a Business Management Senior Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements.
- Knowledge in accounting or management controlling; - Analytical skills including strong modelling skills; - Proficient in MS Office Suite; - Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
- Manage and coordinate the financials; - Run and monitor end to end invoicing process for services and products provided; - Manage the forecast and budget exercises; - Manage of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams; - Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives; - Develop and own data models and dashboards, with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions; - Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models and presentations in a large range of activities; - Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by conducting studies and research; - Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, recruiters, universities and governmental institutions; - Ensure the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Community Management.
