Contributes to client projects and services delivered by the team.
Essential Functions • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems • Develops documentation and specifications • Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify issues and develop solutions • Assists Analysts and Consultants in design and structure of presentations • Participates in client support service - coordinates incident and problem resolution process across interdisciplinary, cross country support team, maintains service-related communication with clients • Develops, modifies and/or tests BI solution Qualifications • BSc degree or/and MSc degree ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical area • Very good command of English, strong oral and written communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks • Strong leadership, ownership, teamwork • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals • Effective time management skills • Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing and business intelligence concepts and tools will be considered a plus IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
