Job Description How will you contribute and drive success? By combining excelling in your individual Business Development role and coaching a dedicated group of Business Developers ( split) Clear Value Delivery > Contribute through delivering sales opportunities & qualified pipeline contributions through innovative outbound & inbound prospecting methods & coaching other BD's in become successful in there role.
Accountability > Develop territory & account strategies to create & execute meaningful outreach to intrigue and captivate those we seek to engage.
Identify strength & weaknesses in the overall team for us to enhance or work on.
Collaboration is Key > Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership and BD Peers to focus, learn, adapt and evolve.

SaaS or Tech is advantageous Coaching, share your best practices and be able to provide solid feedback to enable the wider team.
Strong communication skills in English and pref another language (German, French or Dutch) Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels we engage Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset Thirst to learn and challenge yourself – Business Development is not an easy ride! Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
