Business Development Manager - Tech Recruitment Location.

Key Responsibilities.
• Lead Generation & Outreach.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tech sector.
• Relationship Management.
Engage with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and Tech Founders to promote our recruitment services.
• Sales Cycle Management.
Handle the full sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Multi-Channel Outreach.
Utilize video outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calls to connect with potential clients.
• Collaboration.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Compensation Models (Choose One).
• 35% commission on revenue up to $ annually.
• 45% commission on revenue between $ annually.
• 50% commission on revenue above $ annually.
