This person will work solely for Optylon Krea LDA.
Profile.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate investment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and asset classes.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Stong Presentation skills. Responsibilities.
- Connect with brokers, asset owners and real estate developers.
- Understand and analyse development opportunity.
- Negotiate with sellers.
- Underwrite the acquisition of buildings.
- Good modelling and financial skills.
- Good networking skills.
- Underwrite assets to be acquired and developed by OptylonKrea.
- Transfer lease and management opportunity to the hospitality company Ando living.
