Job Description Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery through expertise in Project Management and Business Consulting.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risks, leveraging both Scrum and Agile methodologies to meet client goals and expectations.
Develop and present sales proposals and materials, actively contributing to the unit’s growth and client acquisition.
Identify and advocate for innovative approaches that enhance our service offerings and add value for our clients.
Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management; relevant certifications are an asset.
Proven track record in Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally within a technology consulting environment.
Strong understanding of business principles with the ability to translate them into actionable, impactful solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, both internally and with clients.
Excellent analytical skills, with a creative approach to solving complex challenges.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
