Job Description Conduct requirements gathering and process design for ITSM, using BPMN 2.
notation to ensure standardization and clarity of workflows.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective understanding and implementation of defined processes.
Develop documentation and reports to communicate process improvements and optimizations to stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid experience in requirements gathering and process design within the ITSM context.
Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.
notation for process mapping.
Proven ability to identify optimization and automation opportunities in organizational processes.
Knowledge of ITIL practices, with a preference for certified professionals.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as EasyVista and ServiceNow is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English oral and written skills.
