Job Description We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Business Agility.
This role offers a unique blend of external client engagement expertise and internal unit development responsibilities.
As a trusted partner to the Business Consulting Manager, you will contribute to the unit's growth strategy while leading client projects and initiatives.
Project/Program Leadership.
Lead and manage complex client engagements, utilizing expertise in PMO, Service/Project Management, and Business Consulting.
Delivery Excellence.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and by overseeing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Sales & Proposals.
Lead the development of sales proposals and presentations to contribute to the unit's growth.
Innovation.
Identify and champion new ideas and approaches that enhance the unit's offerings and increase client value.
Mentorship.
Guide and develop junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to support their professional growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's or masters’ degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven track record in PMO, Service/Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally in a tech consulting environment.
Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, both internally and with clients.
Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
Experience in Agile Methodologies.
Fluent in English is mandatory.
