In this role, you will work in collaboration with our key account teams, clients, internal colleagues, and external business partners.
The business assistant position offers the opportunity to continue developing your skills, apply them in a professional environment, and have a direct impact on our winning sales teams.
What does the role consist of? As a Business Assistant, your main responsibility will be the management and handling of databases and CRM.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in monthly meetings with the European regional team for the exchange of synergies and improvement points.
Your tasks will include administrative support to the sales team, such as organizing meetings, trainings, bookings, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities.
* Management and updating of databases and CRM systems.
* Preparation of analytical reports to help identify market trends and develop strategies.
* Monitoring and controlling budgets and clients.
* Organizing meetings, trainings, and team events.
* Managing the agenda, travel bookings, and expense reports.
* Coordinating logistics for complex meetings/seminars or team events.
* Participating in process improvement or ad-hoc projects.
* Actively participating in monthly meetings with the European regional team for the exchange of ideas and improvement points.

Job Qualifications * Experience as a business assistant in a multinational organization.
* Experience in using CRM.
* Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, showing proactivity, diligence, flexibility, and autonomy.
* Organization and discipline.
* Great analytical and communication skills in Portuguese and perfect command of English.
* Familiarity with new connectivity tools, mainly SharePoint and Teams.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, MATCH, Pivot, and other basic functions).
