BUSINESS ANALYST (SAP SUCCESSFACTORS)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to manage requirements aligned with client goals.
* Create and manage user stories, focusing on improving HR digital processes.
* Support development teams in Agile ceremonies.
* Monitor SuccessFactors modules, identifying improvements and enhancing efficiency.
* Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
* Support service transition and closure, ensuring knowledge transfer.
Requirements.
* Degree in Management Information Systems or similar.
* Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst (preferably in projects related to Human Resources processes).
* Solid and practical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira and Confluence).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent will be valued.
* Fluency in English.
