We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile.
Business Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Brussels) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• IT educational background and related working experience (Bachelor Degree with min 15 years of related working experience and 3 related certifications or Master Degree with min 10 years of related working experience and 3 related certifications) - In case of no Certifications, we have to add 3 extra years of experience in the above scenarios in order to reach the level 10.
(1 Certification= 1 point) • Knowledge Digital Finance and Asset Tokenization (Crypto Assets, Blockchain Technology) • Knowledge of AI applied to Finance (DLT, crypto-assets, stablecoins) • Knowledge and experience of BPMN • Knowledge of MiCA would be a asset • Knowledge and experience of mock-ups and prototyping design and associated tools • Strong capacity in writing business analysis, requirements • Good knowledge of BPMN or UML and process modelling description in general • In-depth knowledge and experience in translating conceptual user requirements into process models, specifications, diagrams, and product mock-ups (TO-BE) • In-depth knowledge and practice on Business Use Cases and/or User Stories • In-depth knowledge and experience in producing and maintaining clear and structured technical documents • In-depth knowledge and experience in translating conceptual user requirements into process models, specifications, diagrams, and product mock-ups (TO-BE) • Ability to review of the IT deliverables for their conformance to the Business/User requirements • In-depth knowledge and experience in system testing (evolutive maintenance and nonrejection) • Knowledge and experience in incident and problem management, including the ability to analyse and solve them effectively and efficiently • Ability to understand, speak and write English C1 and French B1 is essential Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
