Business Analyst Location.
Liége, Belgium Type.
Hybrid (2 - 3 day per week on-site) Languages.
fluency in English and French (C2 minimum) Key Responsabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support project teams by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation for projects, including workflows and user stories.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Must have Skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or related domains.
- Evaluate business requirements and convert them into precise, actionable functional specifications.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including detailed specifications and use cases, to guide developers and quality assurance teams.
- Contribute to workshops and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
- Support the upkeep of application documentation.
- Fluency in English and French (C2 minimum) Preferable Skills.
- Experience with modeling techniques (BPMN, UML).
- Experience working with SaaS platforms (Hubspot, Asana, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, etc) - Defining use cases for the SaaS solution, ensuring it meets the organization's needs.
