BUSINESS ANALYST (ENERGY & UTILITIES)

Position Description.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a transformative project for a client in the energy sector.
This role will focus on supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales and related solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive success.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products is a highly valued bonus.
Your future responsibilities.
• Engaging with client stakeholders to understand their sales processes, challenges, and goals.
• Documenting and prioritizing business requirements for the Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementation.
• Gathering & updating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Working closely with development team to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Ensuring the implemented solution aligns with the documented requirements and business objectives.
• Documenting issues, coordinating resolutions, and supporting post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with teams to develop training materials and delivering training sessions for end-users.
Required qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Energy or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or Product Consultant.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other SW development methodologies.

Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Products (e.
., Sales, Field Service, Marketing).

Experience with energy sector-specific sales information systems & processes.
