Business Analyst  Seniority.
Mid - Senior (4+ years) Type of position.
Hybrid model in Porto.
Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects - Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to create clear documentation (business cases, process maps, user stories) - Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams  - Nice to Have.
ServiceNow certifications (e.
., CSA, CIS-ITSM) .
