BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for Business Analyst to join our company, in one of our projects, in the the mobility sector, located in Oeiras.
We are looking for Business Analyst to join an agile product development team for help delivering high-quality products.
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality and comprehensive requirements and technical and functional system specifications.
You must be able to liaise between the multiple stakeholders and the technical teams.
You must be prepared to be a strong contributor in design sessions with product managers, product owners, UX, and the technical teams to define the solutions.
Tasks.
Collaborate with the development team to synthesize, articulate and document business objectives, requirements, and technical and functional system specifications, including.
Database ERD model design.
REST API design, including endpoint behavior specification based on process diagrams.
GUI mocks using low-fidelity wireframing software (experience using Balsamiq is valued).
Analyze customers' business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.
Identify and analyze problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of solutions.
Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure that the team’s plans and objectives are achieved.
Work closely with other Business Analysts on the product team to ensure coherence in deliverables, approaches and solutions.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the final deliverables.
Requirements.
A minimum of 3/4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Design of business processes in IT.
Experience working in an Agile setting, writing functional and technical documentation to support the business application and working in an agile tool (Jira or similar).
Working knowledge of UML (UseCase, Activity, Sequence...) and BPMN (MANDATORY).
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand the “big picture” and pay attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis on varying project types.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies and analytics tools.
Being comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event-based technologies will be valued.
Exhibit an ability to think and understand systems from both functional and technical perspective and plan strategically.
Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team in which you have changed your delivery focus rapidly and regularly when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications/Knowledge is a plus.
University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or other related education.
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
ISTQB Certified Tester (or similar).
Basic SQL knowledge.
