Ambitious people with a passion for this area; Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics or similar; Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst; Define and detail business requirements; Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams; Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports; Able to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer; Experience with Agile Methodologies; Financial expertise will be a plus; Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English); Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines; Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity; Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
