We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements.
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or related field; 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Insurance or HR; Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams (e.
.
Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit for creating process documentation); Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions; Demonstrated ability to learn both complex technical concepts and end-to-end business work flow; Experience with AI tools, Prompt Engineering, automation solutions like IDP and RPA (nice to have); Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts; Good communication skills in French (fluent), English (mandatory – minimum B2) and Portuguese (a plus).
