- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Management; - At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on Custody activities; - Proficiency in requirement formalization and Change Request cycles; - Strong knowledge of Quality Center and BA best practices; - Overall IT knowledge and SQL skills are a plus; - Fluency in English.
Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Business to contribute to preliminary studies and analyze strategic needs; - Assist in monitoring the project portfolio and prioritize requests within your scope; - Critically analyze and challenge Business requirements while aligning with the strategic plan; - Formalize requirements and ensure validation by the Business stakeholders; - Participate in and ensure testing activities, supporting user tests as needed; - Identify Business impacts of proposed solutions and develop actionable plans; - Plan and anticipate training, deployment, and User Change Management activities.
