We are looking for a Business Analyst for a long term role in this project in Lisbon or Porto (flexible hybrid).
Required Competencies.
5+ years in similar roles with solid experience in functional analysis; Higher education in an IT-related field.
Preferential Competencies.
IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis & Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); Knowledge of and alignment with Design Thinking methodology; Alignment with an innovation-driven mindset, focusing on differentiation and impact on the client's business; Alignment with a mindset geared towards business development; Strong empathy towards stakeholders and the client's business; Ability to conduct in-depth research on the client's business; Experience in conducting interviews with business stakeholders; Experience in gathering and documenting requirements; Experience with user stories; Experience in Technical Analysis / Design / Modeling; Experience leading junior functional team members.
