We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements.
Experience on Expense Claims tools, such as SAP Concur; Knowledge on Project management methodologies; Knowledge in SAP (SAP FI/CO/MM/SD); Proficiency in MS Office tools; Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
Supporting the implementation and maintaining a common Expense claims administration tool; Identify potential tools and reporting enhancements; Translate customer needs into functional specifications; Validate technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team; Support the functional implementation specification and configuration of a common expense claims administration tool; Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget; Plan, execute and close projects; Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test result; Gather business requirements and perform business analysis; Assess risk and provide risk response plan.
