About the Role.

We are seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the Kinder Seasonal portfolio in the Canadian marketplace.
The ideal candidate is confident in their understanding of the retail trade structure, intellectually curious about the brand and category performance and has an eye for creative detail when working with agency partners.
In this role, you will help develop brand strategies, shaping the medium- and long-term future of the Kinder Seasonal portfolio within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category.
The Brand Manager, Kinder Seasonal will work closely with the global and regional marketing teams, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
The Brand Manager, Kinder Seasonal is a hybrid role.
Main Responsibilities.
Co-lead brand strategy development and execution, overseeing brand profitability and suggesting corrective strategies when needed Monitor brand business performance providing routine performance updates for the brand team and senior leadership Maintain a pulse on the competitive environment to assess the impact on the business, identifying insights and developing action plans to achieve brand goals, working hand in hand with Trade Marketing Work with global team to influence the development and execution of a 3-year innovation pipeline Lead media strategy recommendations while optimizing ROI with Media Agency collaboration Support the brand advertising development, ensuring asset creation for all consumer touchpoints throughout the year Coordinate the cross functional teams in the execution of defined Marketing Plans, working with Legal and PR to ensure compliance and brand governance of all content and communication assets Accountable for brand advertising and promotions budgets Lead consumer activation plan across advertising, digital and social media, public relations Engage and mobilize internal sales partners to drive not only enthusiasm but concrete execution excellence to deliver goals Who we are looking for.
Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus 4+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing; confectionary experience a plus Experience with Brand management (strategic brand planning, data analysis, financial analysis and management, communication, advertising, and media strategy) Understanding of the Canadian consumer and retail landscape Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines Team player able to effectively lead cross functional teams Experience working with consumer data, i.
